Victor Brandstätter was born on 20 April 1919 in Frankfurt/Main. He is the brother of Heinrich and Simon Brandstätter, both are also mentioned in this memorial book. His parents are Julius and Maria Barndstätter, neé Kalmann (Kellmann).

Victor Brandstätter was from 21 July 1920 until 25 August 1920 (another source: until the 26 May 1922) in the Home of the Jewish Womans Association.

1938 he was deported to Bendin, Poland (Yiddish "Bendin", for national socialists "Bendsburg").

He was murdered.
