Betty Stern was the daughter of Lena Stern, who is also listed in this memorial book.
At the age of six weeks, she came to the Neu-Isenburg Home of the Jewish Women's Association, where her mother was also living at the time. However, Lena Stern left the institution shortly afterwards and left Betty in the care of the home. When the little girl was one year old, she died in a tragic accident at the “Isenburg” home on June 5, 1929. Betty suffocated on a toy in her crib.
