Elsa Stern is the daughter of Hilda (Hilde) Stern, born in Hochstadt in 1904, the sister of Marianne and Irene Stern, the niece of Hedwig Stern and the cousin of Paula and Rudolf Ruben Stern. They are all listed in this memorial book. Elsa was one year old when she came to the care of the home "Isenburg" in June 1924. One year later, Elsa was moved to a children's home in Frankfurt in Holzhausenstraße.
