Joel Wolf is the son of Lore Wolf, who is also listed in this memorial book. He lived in the home "Isenburg" of the Jewish Women's Association from December 1938 until the destruction of the institution in the spring of 1942. After that he was placed to the home of the association "Weibliche Fürsorge" in Frankfurt for half a year. In September 1942, when this home was closed, Joel was deported together with all other childred from the children's home to the Theresienstadt ghetto. There, the four-year-old boy died on 28 January 1943, at eight o'clock , according to the death note of icterus.
